ERP Training Evaluation

The work presented here aims to develop a new methodology evaluate adherence an ERP training strategy. We derive our method from the observations GRP implementation in Rio Grande do Norte state, Brazil. Our proposal derives how Event Studies measure abnormal return of event within data metric. In study, is provided employers on using ERP, while “return” measured system input made by users who received that training. understanding, procedures are necessary ensure correct usage ERP.
